Job Description:

As the Team Leader in our software development department, you will not only manage our development team but also actively contribute to our projects with your coding expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MERN Stack, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and familiarity with PHP and Flutter. This role is designed for a leader who leads by example, actively participating in coding, problem-solving, and pushing the team towards excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance and support.
Actively code and contribute to project development, ensuring best practices in software design and coding.
Work closely with other departments to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Keep abreast of the latest in technology and software trends to lead and mentor effectively.
Uphold high standards in project management by overseeing testing and debugging processes.
Promote and implement continuous improvement practices within the development team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with expert-level knowledge in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Practical experience with PHP and Flutter (preferred)
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing software development teams.
Strong coding skills with a track record of high-quality software development.
Ability to lead projects and make technical decisions under tight deadlines.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Strong English communication and team collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Background in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
