Front-end Angular software developer
40 hours per week, hybrid in Venlo (NL)
What will your job be like as Front-end Angular software developer
As a senior user interface software engineer at our company you have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team of professionals from various disciplines, including software, mechanics, electronics, chemistry and interaction design. Together, we are revolutionizing the printing industry through the use of advanced printing and workflow software applications.
As a member of our application and system development team, you'll have the opportunity to work with the latest software technologies in our own Angular-based UI framework that can be deployed in a variety of environments, from cloud-based to mobile and desktop applications. You translate the requirements into software designs and implement those with Angular, HTML and CSS.
There are also opportunities to work on the backend with C# and .NET Core. The team's software development environment is built on Microsoft products such as Azure DevOps, Visual Studio (Code) and Azure Cloud. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues from Timișoara (Romania), Poing (Germany) and Tokyo (Japan) to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
You discuss your ideas with your peers and jointly develop smart creative solutions that meet the overall project objectives. You work in an agile development team where you design, prototype, engineer, review and test your components, always keeping the needs of the end-user in mind.
Who are we looking for?
You are an enthusiastic, motivated and creative thinker, eager and able to quickly learn new programming languages and technologies. You are a pro-active team player willing to work within a team that is possibly co-located in different sites. You have the drive and competences to deliver high quality designs and software within functional, architectural and timing constraints, taking ownership of your work and supporting your fellow team and project members. Furthermore, the following applies to you:
- A Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Informatics (or proven experience in this area on a similar level).
- Knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with Angular, TypeScript and CSS.
- Knowledge of, and experience on software security, C# and/or .NET Core is a plus.
- Experience with Git, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps and/or Visual Studio is a plus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
