What do you do as a Front-end Developer?
You are responsible for building and maintaining the Front-end of our web solutions. You will take the part in developing a new technical stack for the Front-end and make the connection with the Back-end. You will work closely with Back-end Developers, QA testers, and other teams to ensure proper integration of systems and applications. You will continuously monitor, analyze, and improve the results of the web applications.
At Budget Thuis, most applications are developed in-house based on Agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban). We provide our development teams with the space to take responsibility for the applications they work on and promote the use of modern technologies and tools. For example, we use:

The Online Team
The Online team consists of 6 Front-end Developers and 2 Testers, responsible for the website and the “Mijn Omgeving” portal, where our customers can manage everything themselves. The website is currently being completely redesigned and rebuilt from PHP to React, a great challenge and opportunity to contribute ideas on how we can improve the website.
What do you bring?
In addition to the drive to improve yourself and the organization, we believe you can best fulfill the role of Front-End Developer if you have:

A completed education in ICT;

At least 3 years of experience with UI Design and development;

Experience with Figma;

Extensive experience with React, HTML (5), JavaScript (ECMA, 5 and 6), TailwindCSS, NextJS;

Extensive experience with building responsive interfaces;

Good communication skills;
-
A love for technology, innovation, and new developments;
-
A cooperative and positive attitude; you are also not afraid to voice your opinion;

Experience with DDD and web and UX design is a plus;

Knowledge of PHP and Symfony is not required but is a plus;

Preferably experience with the Scrum/Kanban methodology.
