What You’ll Do
At Radancy, every day brings something new. Here’s what a typical day might look like:
You start your day with a coffee, surrounded by the scenic Hollandsche IJssel, and dive into your front-end development tasks. You begin by reviewing the latest design updates in Figma and discussing the implementation plan with your team. Then, you jump into coding, utilizing our tech stack, which includes HTML5, (S)CSS, Tailwind, and the Blade template engine.
Mid-morning, you switch gears to work on a Nuxt 3 project, collaborating closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration. By lunchtime, you're ready for a break, and you head to the Radancy café, where our in-house chef has prepared lunch.
Post-lunch, you optimise cross-browser compatibility for a new feature, ensuring it delivers a top-notch user experience across all platforms. You wrap up the day by pushing your latest updates through our Git environment and CI/CD pipelines, followed by a quick review of tracking implementation in Matomo.
To top it off, you end your day with a brainstorming session with the design team, where you bounce ideas around for the next big project.
Who You Are

You have at least three years of experience as a front-end developer.

You are proficient in HTML5, (S)CSS, and Tailwind and have a solid understanding of cross-browser development and browser compatibility.

You possess a good foundation in JavaScript and jQuery, with experience in JavaScript frameworks such as Nuxt, Vue, React, or Angular being a plus.

Familiarity with the BEM methodology and a strong sense of what makes a great user experience is also advantageous.

You are quick, precise, eager to learn and enjoy working collaboratively with others.

Your specific educational background is less important to us—whether you have studied computer science for years or are entirely self-taught, at Radancy, we value talent and drive above all.
